1. Before starting to work with the affiliate program, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the terms and accept the affiliate agreement.
2. Only a client who has reached the age of majority (21 years) can become a participant in the affiliate program.
3. The partner is responsible for the security and preservation of their personal data, including login and password. The company is not responsible for losses that may arise from the incorrect or careless use of personal data.
4. The company reserves the right to refuse to cooperate with the partner without explanation and terminate an existing cooperation.
5. Customers of the Affiliate program are guaranteed to receive graphic advertising materials, but the texts must be approved in advance by the Affiliate program manager. Information taken from the Casino website must also be approved by the Affiliate program.
6. Partners are prohibited from using spam mailings, contextual advertising, and any traffic that can speculate on the Company's brand to promote their website. If the Company discovers a violation of this rule, the partner's personal account may be blocked.
7. If the Company requests, the Partner is obliged to provide information about their traffic sources and other information used to promote their website. Refusal to provide such information may result in termination of further cooperation with the Company.
8. Participation in the Affiliate Program is available only for one participant, Partners cannot have more than one affiliate account or register as sub-affiliates. Violation of this rule may result in termination of cooperation with the Company, zeroing of the account, and blocking of the affiliate account.
9. Partners cannot create their gaming accounts through referral links or promo codes, and they are also prohibited from colluding with other players and partners. If a Partner stops posting advertising materials, the Company may reduce the affiliate rate at the discretion of the program. Partners can track their current affiliate rate in their personal account.
10. If the Affiliate Program administration believes that the Partner has violated the rules, the Company may temporarily suspend payments until the circumstances of the violation are clarified.
11. Partners are prohibited from using aggressive or offensive language when communicating with Company employees, as well as disclosing confidential information they receive in communication with the Affiliate Program administration and support service. Failure to comply with this rule may result in termination of cooperation with the Partner, blocking of the affiliate account, and zeroing of the account.
12. The use of Company Project advertising materials (graphics, videos, logos, layout elements, text) to promote the Partner's own projects is prohibited, and violation of this rule may result in blocking of the affiliate account. Partners are also prohibited from altering logos and other elements of the Company Projects' corporate identity, and the Company may require the replacement of outdated advertising materials, with payment delayed until the replacement is made.

Conditions of cooperation for the CPA model:

1. In order to start working in the Partner Program using the CPA model, a partner must contact the Affiliate Program Manager and request to be connected to this type of cooperation model.
2. The conditions of cooperation for the CPA model are based on the activity indicators and the number of attracted players. Changes in these indicators may lead to changes in the conditions of cooperation.
3. To receive payouts under the CPA model, a partner must attract 20 first deposits. At the beginning of cooperation, a test limit may be set, under which the first payment will be made only after reaching the agreed number of deposits.
4. To qualify for payouts, the Partner must pass a traffic check, which may take from 7 to 14 days. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to withhold payment for a more detailed traffic check.
5. Players who are already online casino customers are not paid under the CPA model. Conversions that are found to be multi-accounts after verification will be rejected.
6. Traffic that does not pass anti-fraud verification is considered non-compensable. An analysis of traffic indicators and their detailed composition is carried out by an anti-fraud system, the information of which cannot be disclosed to third parties. The partner account may be blocked or invalidated for violations of the terms and conditions.

Payouts:

1. The settlement period for commission calculation is half a month, 7 days, or 30 (31) days.
2. The commission for the expired settlement period is credited within 10 working days.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount from the Partner's account is 200 USD for payment systems and 1000 USD for bank transfer. If cryptocurrency is used, the minimum amount will be agreed separately with the Partner.
4. Payments are made in US dollars. In some cases, payment may be made in cryptocurrency. The exchange rate is determined at the time of payment.
5. The Partner may change payment details no later than 5 working days before the end of the settlement period.
6. If cooperation with the Partner is terminated for any reason, commissions for players attracted by them will not be credited.
